Folklores

All folklores have a moral to their story. Panthers: write a folklore that involves a camel in Africa, our current topic in Social Studies class. Be sure to proofread before you publish it. Then, go to Google Classroom and write your folklore moral on a google doc.

Lastly, read at least four other folklores from the 5th/6th grade classes and try to guess the moral of their story. PRIVATE message them your guess.

5th/6th Writing Mysteries

Panthers,

Drafting a mystery is not easy! You have worked very hard at the process. You have become authors by creating believable settings, suspenseful plots, detailing crime scenes,  mysterious tones and moods, suspicious characters, and realistic dialogue.

Copy and paste your mystery into your blog using the Title: “Writing Mysteries”.

Next, visit two 5th/6th grade blogs, read their story/mystery, and leave a comment following the format discussed in class.
